Come Dine with Create Great!
Introducing you to the benefits of Sous Vide. On Tuesday 24th September 2013, we would like to welcome independent hoteliers, publicans, restaurateurs and caterers to ‘come dine with me’. Between 2 and 5pm, guests will be given demonstrations and tastings of Sous Vide dishes, guidance and support to assist in how they could integrate it into their current business share and look at ways to increase financial performance, productivity and profitability.
Presented by our Director Myles Ball, he will be delighted to share with you his personal experiences of his turnaround of the Duke of York and how he has used Sous Vide to make it the successful gastro pub it has become. Sample some of the bestsellers including beef bourguignon, braised lamb knuckle and chicken in a triple mustard sauce.
